Warranty Coverage

All Bluebird stabilizers and transformers carry a warranty of upto 24 months from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The exact duration depends on the model you bought, so check the warranty card that came with your unit to confirm the period that applies to you. Keep your invoice and warranty card. The serial number on the unit must match the invoice before any claim can be processed.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Component failure under normal, rated use
  • Free repair of the defective unit
  • Labour and service charges for approved in-warranty repairs

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from voltage outside the unit’s rated input range, lightning strikes, or fire
  • Physical damage, tampering, or repair attempted outside our authorised service network
  • Installation errors, incorrect earthing, or water and rodent damage
  • Normal wear items such as fuses, indicator lamps, and connecting cables
  • Units with the serial number removed, defaced, or not matching the invoice
