Every stabilizer and transformer we sell is designed, built and tested at our own factory at B-71/3, Wazirpur Industrial Area, New Delhi — not assembled from bought-in parts or outsourced to a third-party unit.
Our manufacturing unit covers 25,000 sq. ft. of covered production area. Winding, assembly and finishing all happen on-site, on plant and machinery we run and maintain ourselves, which is what lets us hold a consistent build across a large order instead of variation creeping in between batches.
Built in Stages, Not Assembled at the End
Coils are wound, cores assembled and enclosures finished across dedicated stations on the floor, each one checked before the unit moves to the next. That staged approach is what lets us catch a fault at the point it happens, rather than after a unit is already fully built.
Testing & Quality Control
We run an in-house R&D laboratory with calibrated testing equipment, used to check products against national and international standards before they’re approved for dispatch. Quality checks happen at stages through production, not only at final inspection, so a fault gets caught closer to where it was introduced rather than after the unit is fully assembled.
Every Unit, Checked Before It Ships
Finished units are run through load and performance checks on our testing bench before packing, using the same equipment we use to validate new designs. The specific Indian Standards each product line is tested against are listed on our Certifications page.
