Petrol Pumps
Bluebird stabilizers are installed at HPCL and IOCL outlets.
A petrol pump’s electronic dispensers meter fuel by pulse count, and their flow meters and displays depend on a steady supply to log that count correctly – a voltage dip or surge mid-fill can reset a dispenser or throw its reading off, which matters directly since that reading is what the customer pays against. Most outlets also run a submersible pump for the underground tank, CCTV, a POS setup and forecourt lighting off the same connection, and a large share of these sites sit on highway or rural feeders, which tend to carry more voltage variation than an urban connection does.
Bluebird’s stabilizer sits at the site’s main incoming point and holds the supply within range for everything downstream – dispensers, submersible pump, POS, lighting – from one unit, regardless of what the rest of the feeder is doing. Units use the same microcontroller-based automatic correction as Bluebird’s other AVS models and are tested to IS:8448:1989. Bluebird stabilizers are already running at HPCL and IOCL outlets on this basis.
Stable Dispenser Readings
