A factory floor draws power through one incoming connection, but the load behind it is anything but uniform – compressors and conveyor motors starting and stopping through a shift, presses drawing a hard surge on engagement, lighting and HVAC running flat through it all. Indian industrial feeders also carry voltage imbalance between phases more often than single-phase domestic lines do, since a few large three-phase loads nearby can pull one phase down while the others stay closer to normal. A motor running on an unbalanced supply draws more current on its weak phase and heats faster than its nameplate rating accounts for, which shortens winding life well before it ever trips anything.

Bluebird’s Servo Voltage Stabilizer corrects each phase independently rather than treating the three as one average, so an imbalance on a single line gets fixed instead of masked. The range runs from 10 KVA air-cooled units suited to a small workshop up to 500 KVA oil-cooled units built for a full production floor, sized against the plant’s total connected load rather than any one machine. Oil cooling on the larger units is what lets them hold correction through a full multi-shift run without derating.

Independent Phase Correction

Corrects each of the three phases on its own, so an imbalance on one line gets fixed rather than averaged out across all three.

Sized to Total Connected Load

Specified against the factory's full incoming load, not any single machine, so every motor and panel downstream sees a stable supply.

Air-Cooled to Oil-Cooled Range

10 KVA to 60 KVA air-cooled units suit a smaller workshop; 20 KVA to 500 KVA oil-cooled units cover a full production floor.

Continuous, Multi-Shift Duty

Built to run unattended across multiple shifts without derating, not for intermittent or standby use.

Voltage Display

Shows input and output voltage on the panel, so a developing imbalance is visible before it causes a trip.

Main Panel or Switchgear Room Mount

Installed ahead of the distribution board, at the main incoming panel or in a dedicated switchgear room.
