Servo Voltage Stabilizer, 3 KVA
Single-phase servo stabilizer for homes and offices. 3 KVA, air-cooled, ±1% regulation, less than 100ms response, auto/manual operation, continuous duty.
Product Description
This 3 KVA single phase stabilizer uses an I.C.-based control circuit that drives correction rates better than 36V/second, with a response time under 100ms. Output is adjustable at 220V/230V/240V, held to a regulation of ±1% or better, and the unit runs at 100% continuous duty.
It’s built for homes, offices, shops and clinics, anywhere single-phase equipment needs protection from voltage swings. Auto/manual operation and panel-mounted output adjustability mean routine changes don’t need a technician, and over/under voltage indicators give a quick read on incoming supply. There’s no waveform distortion, and performance holds regardless of load power factor.
In practice, that means less equipment breakdown and lower maintenance bills over time. Components conform to relevant IS/BS standards, so the protection is backed by consistent build quality rather than just spec-sheet numbers.
Automatic Correction
Corrects voltage automatically and continuously, keeping supply stable at all times.
Motor Protection
Ensures induction motors operate at high efficiency by supplying constant voltage.
Equipment Protection
Protects costly equipment from High/Low voltage menace, cutting down maintenance costs.
Reduced Production Losses
Minimizes production losses and improves overall plant efficiency.
Increased Productivity
Stable voltage supply leads to increased productivity across operations.
Tax Benefit
Eligible for 100% depreciation as per Income Tax Act.
Lower MDI
Reduces Maximum Demand Indicator (MDI) and saves power.
Electricity Savings
Reduces electricity bills by up to approximately 15%, depending on input variation and working hours.
Diesel Savings
Saves on diesel cost, as generators need not run at High/Low input voltage.
Fast ROI
Average payback period of approximately 18 months owing to high energy-saving capability.
Recommended Applications
- Information Technology and Call Centers
- Computer and Micro-Processor Controlled Equipment
- Scientific, Medical, Agricultural and Educational Research Instruments
- Offset Printing Presses, Color Scanners, Phototypesetters and Photographic Equipment
- Medical Equipment — X-Ray Machines, ECG Machines/Monitors, MRI, CT Scans
- Defence Installations, LPTs, HPTs, Broadcasting and Telecommunications
- Lifts, Escalators and Elevators
- Central Air-Conditioning Plants, Chemical and Textile Industries
- CNC Machines, Laser Machines and Moulding Machines
- Commercial Buildings and Complexes
- Hospitals and Nursing Homes
Not Recommended For
- Small single-appliance loads like a single fan or light, where a plug-in voltage protector is more economical
- Applications requiring instantaneous (zero-time) correction, since servo stabilizers correct voltage gradually via a motorized mechanism
- Extremely space or weight-constrained installations, as servo units are bulkier than static/AVR types
- Environments with frequent, rapid voltage fluctuations occurring within milliseconds, where a static (electronic) stabilizer responds faster
- Portable or frequently relocated setups, since servo stabilizers are typically fixed installations
